I remember from some training a long time ago that cinnamon warms the body. I think I'm a Pita/Vata combination and I shouldn't eat cinnamon. I have been, in my morning oatmeal, for a few months now. Could this be contributing to the perioral dermatitis? Are there any other food do's and don'ts I should be looking at?

very useful techinique to diagnose the headache. Its true that we need to know what is the reason behind the headache. Because after knowing the reason you will try to find the solution. I feel that excessive tension and anxiety are the main reason for most of the headache.

I do few things like: Listen music, make friends, spend time with friends, Jogging, walking and doing meditation to get relieved from tension and anxiety. I do yoga and meditation regularly. I light two three Cycle sandal agarbatti and start meditating. The Sandal smell helps a lot to concentrate. I feel all the people need to do Yoga, meditation to rejuvenate their mind and soul. So lets start doing yoga for relieved from headache and anxiety.

I think this is all very good information!!! However I feel you should change the word "cure" your not curing GP your supporting your body with natural aid to help combat the effect's of GP. There is no cure for GP.
